Computer UPS buying guides
A computer UPS, or uninterruptible power supply, is a battery box that keeps your computer on for a short time when the power cuts out. That gives you time to save work and shut down safely. Its power rating must cover everything you plug in. It also guards against power surges, which can damage your equipment.
We haven't published a Computer UPS guide yet. We only publish a guide once the research behind it is done.
