HomeKit doorbells work with Apple's Home app, so your iPhone shows who's at the door. Before anything else, check that the model says it supports HomeKit. Some also need a home hub, such as an Apple TV or HomePod, for remote viewing. Then see how video is saved. Some need an iCloud plan to keep clips.
